We want organisations to make the future better, for people and the planet. We want people spending more time on human judgement than on word docs and PowerPoint slides, so better decision compound faster.

Sumday is an Australian based company. Our founders grew up in regional and remote communities, surrounded by the people who are relying on organisations like ours and yours to make the right decisions. We're also bean counters and lawyers, wanna be policy analysts and optimists. We are here to do the most good we can together.
Defines who we are
We deal with the hard things – the unanswered questions, the overwhelming challenges and the tough conversations. We do not oversimplify for the sake of it; we go deep on complex problems to understand how we can truly solve them for our customers.

Transparency and trust underpin our relationships – it's core to everything we do and create. We are radically transparent in the way we communicate internally and externally, even when (and especially when) it is uncomfortable. If we stuff up, you will know about it.
We put ourselves in the shoes of others, including our customers and teammates. We actively listen before we respond. We commit to our own personal development and growth, so we are always capable of thinking about our actions from the perspective of those they impact.

We are wildly ambitious, fast and efficient in the pursuit of our vision – we say what we are going to do and we get on with it. We lead by example, holding ourselves accountable to standards we are proud of. Everyone is empowered to pursue the extraordinary here.
Access to education unlocks true transformation – it builds human confidence to tackle the biggest problems. We share our knowledge openly, empowering others to drive change in a way that is accessible to everyone.
Sumday's investors are on a shared mission to do as much good as possible. Supported by Blackbird, Planeteer, Wedgetail, Possible Ventures and Saniel Ventures.
"Every great wave of software creates new infrastructure. Sumday is building the decision infrastructure for the AI era, the layer that ensures human judgment compounds over time, not just within a single project or procurement cycle, but across the life of an organisation. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to rewire how public institutions make decisions for people and the planet." - Michael Tolo, Partner

Sophie Purdom is the force behind NY's Planeteer Capital, the US impact tech fund that made its first international investment with Sumday, leading the $5.3 million Seed round in 2024.
"Sumday is exactly the kind of company we built Planeteer to back. Solve the painful manual problems inside core decision workflows first, procurement, accounting, budgeting, that's the trojan horse. Once embedded, social and environmental impact stops being a reporting exercise and becomes part of every decision. For organisations that exist to make the world better for people, and therefore the planet, that's a fundamental rewiring. Jessica and her team are the founders we cross the globe for. Literally." Sophie Purdom, Managing Partner.

Cameron backed Sumday from the very beginning, drawn by a mission that mirrors his own: that the most valuable companies are the ones that make doing good inseparable from how they operate and that for the organisations Sumday serves, better decisions mean a better world.
Lisa Miller founded Wedgetail to prove that capital, business thinking and a deep love of the natural world can be redirected toward regenerating it, investing in the projects and companies that reconnect nature to the economic decisions that affect it most. Sumday is one of them.
