Sumday ‘Xero Partnership Offer’ Terms and Conditions

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to the free or discounted Sumday subscription offer (Offer) Sumday is making available through its partnership with Xero.
By signing up for this Offer (or for existing users of both Xero and Sumday – when you connect your Xero account to Sumday), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in addition to Sumday’s General Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

This Offer is only available to eligible customers with an active Xero subscription. If you have commenced this Offer while on a Xero 30-day free trial you will need to move to an active paid subscription at the end of your Xero trial in order to continue with this Offer.
Xero customers can be new or existing customers to Sumday.
For the Offer to be applied, users must sign up to Sumday from the Xero App Store or connect to Xero from within the Sumday platform (as applicable).
This Offer is limited to one Sumday subscription per eligible Xero subscription.
Users acknowledge that this Offer is for active Xero customers at the time of signup and that users must maintain an active Xero subscription in order to continue to be eligible for the Offer. Sumday reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

Offer Details

The specific access you receive depends on your Xero plan, as follows:

Grow or Ignite plans: Eligible users receive 3 months of free access to Sumday’s Full Suite, followed by 9 months of free access to the Sumday Small Business Plan.
Comprehensive or Ultimate plans: Eligible users receive 3 months of free access to Sumday’s Full Suite, followed by either a 50% discount for 9 months of access to the Full Suite, or 9 months of free access to the Sumday Small Business Plan.

End of Free or Discounted Subscription

Sumday reserves the right to refuse access to this Offer in cases where a Xero customer is a direct competitor of Sumday.
If a user cancels or no longer has an active Xero subscription, they may no longer be eligible for their free or discounted Sumday subscription.
Prior to the end of the free or discounted access period, users will be provided 30 days’ notice that they will need to sign up to a paid Sumday subscription in order to keep using Sumday at the then-advertised monthly or annual price. If a user does not sign up to a paid Sumday subscription they will lose access to Sumday at the end of their free or discounted access period.
Prior to the end of your free or discounted access period you will have the ability to export your carbon accounting data to a CSV file. However, there will not be an option to export your data to another carbon accounting platform.

Modifications and Termination

Sumday reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time if its partnership with Xero changes, with reasonable notice provided to users.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via email.

Privacy & Personal Information

By signing up for this Offer, you acknowledge that Sumday may collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By signing up for this Offer, users confirm they are current Xero customers with an active Xero subscription and agree to Sumday’s General Terms and Conditions.
